 • The Easy Dose Cartridge Large utilizes the slow release qualities of BCM-X. (BCD as referred to ‘Ecology of Cooling Towers’ report.) a 62% Bromine and 28% Chlorine chemical compound
 • The product has been granted with a conditional approved by the NSW Public Health Department(PDA 007)

Applications
 • The Easy Dose Cartridge is designed to treat a system with up to 2000 litres of water for approximately 1 month. For systems around 2000 litres or above refer to the Easy Dose Feeder Sheet
 • For a more controlled release of the BCM-X biocide the Easy Dose Cartridge can be placed into a TX-S small feeder that is installed into the return line of the system
 • Note: Inspect the contents of the cartridge monthly or when it floats to the surface
 • Note: When the cartridge is 90% spent, it floats to the surface but not on top of the water
 • The Easy Dose Cartridge has been field proven effective against Legionella and other water borne pathogens that are found in water systems.
 • It is also effective against algae and slime forming Pseudomona as well as a wide range of bacteria and other micro organisms, thus helping to reduce Microbial Induced Corrosion (MIC)
 • The Easy Dose Cartridge is effective in a pH range from 6.5 – 9, but is most effective at a stable pH of 7.8
 • The Easy Dose Cartridge is designed to maintain biocidal conditions in a clean system so it is important to firstly clean the system before commencing biocide treatment
 • Chemical Goggles, respirator with an organic acid gas cartridge and pre filter, and PVC gloves should be worn when handling the BCM-X tablets contained in Easy Dose Large Cartridge
 • Avoid contact with other chemicals especially acids, and combustible materials
 • Wash hands after handling the product
 • To install the cartridge, simply remove the wrapper and place the sealed cartridge into the water in the sump or water trough away from make up water and suction line but where there is slight agitation
 • Tie off to tower structure with tie. If excessive agitation then the tablets will be used quicker
