We have enhanced the purchase journey to make it easier for our Customers to purchase with Blackwoods.
What’s New?
Login Journey
When you now login to the Blackwoods website you will now be prompted to select your preferred delivery method and address. This will ensure that as you continue to browse and search for the products you need, we will provide the most accurate and relevant stock and lead time information. As you continue you journey you will be able to update your preferred delivery method and delivery address at any time.
- Select preferred delivery method and address upon login
- Select Click & Collect from Blackwoods location of your choice
- See nearest warehouse based on the postcode or delivery address selected
Enhanced Lead Time Messaging
Products will now have enhanced messaging to indicate estimated delivery times with 3 new categories:
- In Stock - These products are in stock and ready for delivery or click and collect
- Available to Order - These products can be delivered or ready for click and collect within the estimated date range
- Extended Lead Time - The small number of products in this category typically have longer lead times. As a result if you wish to purchase one of these products pleased contact our Customer Care Team who can support your needs
*Please note the above changes will not apply for Customers using a Blackwoods Punchout or eCatalogue. The branch locator feature will work as-is and lead time reference will be against the nearest branch.
